Tyron Carter hears room for a new rhythm inside an old melody. At OyPizza, he puts a speaker beside Joseph’s piano as Aviva sings Tumbalalaika and Oksana answers on violin. He finds space for a beat beneath them without covering the song. In Times Square, his low pulse helps the arrangement grow as Yuki, Hadley and the rest of the ensemble bring their parts forward. He works alongside Ethan and the Sharpies to make a sound they can share.
